Terms of Service
Effective date: 10 July 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of Inferno.
1. Who we are
Inferno ("Inferno", "the service", "we", "us") is a collaborative task board for game development, operated by Rousell Technologies LLC. You can reach us at celeste@infernotaskboard.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Inferno, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Service availability and changes
We continue to improve Inferno, so features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee that Inferno will always be available or uninterrupted, and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur. We recommend keeping your own copies of anything important. You can report problems using the in-app Feedback button or the channels in section 11.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication and password handling are managed by our infrastructure provider, Supabase; we do not store your password. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the boards, tasks, messages, documents, and other content you create in Inferno ("your content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and process your content so we can operate the service for you and your invited collaborators. Access to each board is board-scoped: only members you invite to a board can see that board.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Inferno to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or boards, or disrupt the service for other users.
7. Third-party services
Inferno relies on third-party providers, including Supabase for database, authentication, and hosting of application data, and Resend for sending board invitation emails. Your use of Inferno is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
8. Termination
You may stop using Inferno at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service or its users.
9. Disclaimers
Inferno is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that data will never be lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rousell Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Inferno.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Inferno evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Questions about these terms can be sent to celeste@infernotaskboard.com.
