Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Inferno collects and how it is used. Please read it carefully.
1. Who we are
Inferno is operated by Rousell Technologies LLC. For any privacy question, contact us at celeste@infernotaskboard.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information: your email address and the profile details you choose to add, such as a display name, gamer tag, pronouns, and an avatar image URL.
- Content you create: boards, projects, tasks, messages, documents, meeting notes, and similar data you add to Inferno.
- Collaboration data: the email addresses you use to invite teammates to a board, so we can send those invitations.
3. Cookies and analytics
Inferno does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party tracking scripts. We use only the essential browser storage needed to keep you signed in (your authentication session). Because there is no advertising or analytics tracking, Inferno does not currently show a cookie consent banner. If this changes, we will update this policy and add any consent controls that are required.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and operate Inferno: to authenticate you, store and display your boards to you and the collaborators you invite, send board invitation emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Where your data lives
Application data and authentication are hosted by Supabase, and board invitation emails are delivered through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf so we can run the service. Access to each board is board-scoped and enforced at the database level, so only members invited to a board can access that board's data.
6. Data retention
We keep your content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete boards and content from within the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures provided by our infrastructure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database-level access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee against data loss, and we recommend keeping your own copies of anything important.
8. Your choices
You can review and update your profile details in the app at any time, and you can contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
9. Children
Inferno is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Inferno evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Questions about your privacy can be sent to celeste@infernotaskboard.com.
